Questions from property teams

Can we use the images in property marketing?

You can export reviewed concepts for listings and presentations. Label virtual staging or proposed redesign clearly, retain the original photograph and check the current requirements of the listing service. Do not present proposed furnishings, finishes or amenities as existing features.

Can we add our agency branding?

The export tools support an agency name, logo and disclosure, along with image dimensions and individual or before-and-after layouts. Check the final export before sharing it.

Can we keep designs organised by property?

Create a property project and save its generated designs together. Revisit saved results through Design history. Use your existing team workflow for shared review, approval and final marketing decisions.

Does this create architectural drawings for developments?

No. Room & Story starts with room photographs and produces visual concepts. It does not create measured floor plans, editable 3D or BIM models, construction drawings, feasibility assessments or verified off-plan architectural CGI.

How should a team choose a plan?
