Credit and billing details +

One photo or revision uses 1 credit. Each 5-second video clip uses 4 credits. We reserve the total when you confirm. Confirmed technical failures return the affected credits within their original validity period. Retrying a refunded clip or choosing a new creative direction uses credits again. An unconfirmed provider request stays reserved while we resolve it. Downloads are free.

Room and Home packs and top-ups expire 12 months after purchase. Pro and Studio renew monthly. Unused subscription credits carry into the next paid month only, capped at that plan’s monthly allowance. Carried credits expire at the end of that month; cancellation ends access to subscription allowances at the end of the paid period. Pack balances keep their own expiry.

Shopping searches have their own allowance and never use generation credits. Free accounts get 3 searches total. Pack and top-up searches last 12 months. Pro includes 50 searches per paid month; Studio includes 200. Subscription searches do not roll over. Each completed search uses one allowance, including searches with no matches. Technical failures return it.

Purchased pack, top-up, subscription and invitation trial credits work for both photos and video. Free images, referral rewards and legacy photo allowances retain their original photo-only use and expiry. Existing paid cash video tours remain available.
