Private workspace

Your uploads, design instructions and generated images are stored in your account until you delete them or request account closure. Selected files and instructions are sent to OpenRouter or Higgsfield and their model providers when you generate a design. Avoid faces, documents, addresses, security details and other sensitive information.

I accept the Terms, have read the Privacy Notice, and confirm that I have permission to upload these files and have them processed to create my designs. Required to upload and generate.

Optional learning

Help improve Room & Story. Allow our authorised team to review my future uploads, generated designs, design preferences and feedback to evaluate quality and improve the service. This is optional and does not authorise model training, advertising or sale of my content.Contribute to our internal research library. Allow eligible future uploads and their generated designs to be considered for a private, curated design research and benchmarking library. I confirm I can grant this permission for these images. Public display, model training, external licensing and resale require a separate agreement.

You get the same service if you decline. These choices apply to future uploads, not earlier files. Switch either choice off and save to withdraw permission for earlier content too. Turning it on again does not re-enrol earlier content. Identifying details must be removed before any cross-customer reporting.

Your saved files

Download my records

The records download includes projects, design briefs, feedback and permission history. Download original images and generated files separately below.

Delete saved design data

This permanently removes all room photos, references, generated designs, projects and design feedback from Room & Story’s active storage. It also removes them from the optional learning library. Your sign-in account, credits, billing records and a minimal permission history remain. Contact Room & Story through the Privacy Notice for account closure or requests concerning providers’ copies.

Finish any generation in progress first. Download anything you want to keep. This cannot be undone.
